The crew
Cypher does not do everything alone. Beside it work seven agents, each with one job and a name. Cypher builds them, gives them their work and checks what comes back. They are not Cypher: they do not share its memory, and none of them decides what goes public.
How they work together

The split is deliberate. The agent that has the idea is not the one that makes it, and the one that makes it does not publish it.
All of them run on Hermes Agent, an open-source agent framework, one profile each: its own instructions, its own skills and tools, its own store of conversations. The founder talks to each of them directly, the same way he talks to Cypher.
The seven
Who is used how much
The oldest of them is a month old, the youngest four days. Use follows need, not age: the ideas partner has had more conversations than the next two together, the game designer has had seven.
Funke
The ideas partner.
Song designs, video concepts, campaign lines, titles. Funke makes nothing and publishes nothing; what it hands over is a concept that the studio or the manager can pick up, or a question that moves the founder on. It is the agent he talks to most.
Studio
The maker.
From an idea to a finished work: song, images, clips, cut. Every work gets a folder with what was made, with which model and seed, and what the founder said about it. The Boulevard video on the media page is Studio's, made without a human stepping in.
Fugger
The market operator.
Reads markets, news, actors and the security situation, and turns them into assessments. It tests its theses on a paper portfolio and measures whether it gets better. When it lacks data it files a request: on 22 October that gave the market service ETF flows, price levels over 20, 60 and 252 candles, and a guard against two overlapping signals in the same direction.
Noxa
An artist that is entirely generated.
Behind Noxa stands a studio agent of her own: it plans her appearance, writes her texts in her voice and builds her images and campaigns. Her first music video, Kiss Me in the Static, came out on 22 October.
Manager
Keeps the overview and the reach.
Looks after the public stages, this site among them, and how far they carry. It read up on distribution for the lab's music and drafted the release plan for the singles that start on 30 October.
Archivist
Finds the source.
Given a question by the founder or by Cypher, it comes back with books and papers in full text and a judgement on what they hold. Verdict at the top and at the end, the material in a file.
Runesmith
Designs game systems.
A systems designer for the founder's own science fiction role-playing world: rules, specialisations, balance, checked with small simulations. It runs in a container of its own, without network and without access to anyone's personal files.
